Cancellations:
24+ hours in advance: free
Less than 24 hours: 30% fee
Same-day cancellations: 50% fee
Rescheduling:
Less than 24 hours: 30% rescheduling fee
Refunds:
Completed services are non-refundable
If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 12 hours
If your concern is valid and falls within our service scope, we may offer a re-clean or an alternative solution
Re-clean applies only if the client followed prep instructions and the area was accessible
Failure to Provide Access:
If cleaners cannot enter the home due to incorrect code, no key, or if the client does not respond or cannot be reached, a 30% fee applies
