Booking & Client Responsibilities
Minimum booking: 2 hours
Provide safe access and accurate information
Notify us about pets, hazards, or special instructions
Pets must be secured; Brainy Clean is not responsible for them
Service Rules
Homes excessively cluttered or dirty may incur extra charges or skipped areas
Cleaners may take photos after cleaning for quality assurance; photos exclude personal items or identifying details
Clients must report dissatisfaction within 12 hours for resolution; after 12 hours claims may not be accepted
Liability & Damage Policy
Brainy Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damage
We are not liable for items that are fragile, unstable, improperly mounted, or not secured by the client
Cleaners may skip hazardous or unsafe areas; refunds do not apply
Brainy Clean is not responsible for pets left unsupervised
Aggressive pets may cause service pause or cancellation
Payments & Cancellations
Prices vary by home size, condition, and services
Cancellation 24+ hours: free; <24 hours: 30% fee; same-day cancellations: 50% fee
Rescheduling <24 hours: 30% fee
Satisfaction Guarantee
Notify within 12 hours for dissatisfaction; resolution may include re-clean or alternative solution
Re-clean only applies if original tasks were booked and areas accessible
